The information that was given down in Arizona was very helpful.

Some of the information I felt was an overview, having talked to you over the phone so much this past year. But with the simplicity of the system there's only so much you can say before you know it all. I did however get new information that has made things more understandable and better ways of explaining the BEKA system to others. The information was given well and the time went very quickly. A specific benefit the workshop met for me was to work with the actual BEKA mats and fittings and the physical materials used and welding practice.

Also, another was to meet others in this potential industry that has the same interest. All and all I'd say it was well worth my investment.

The workshop was very informative as to the application of the system and the use of the specialized tools.  I look forward to putting some joints together with only a heating tool.  Simple, fast and potentially positive sealing if done right.  IDEAL!

Thank you for the opportunity to offer additional feedback on the workshop. As you and I discussed briefly after the workshop, the content is very good. I found the workshop helpful to solidify the concept of "Radiant Cooling". The more intense visualization of incorporating heating and cooling with the Beka system convinced me that this the answer to efficient climate control in the residential marketplace. The hands-on portion of the workshop allowed me to practice the techniques essential to teaching a quality crew of professionals in the Beka process.

Overall, I believe my time and money was well spent attending the Beka training workshop. I am excited about our future relationship in sales and installations of the Beka system.

Was it valuable to you?  Yes.  This workshop allowed me to get answers to many of the questions I had that could not be properly addressed in the meetings we have had to date.
Were the visuals and resources adequate?  Yes.  The take away bag of small parts for the system was a great idea and will help others to “spread the word.”  The PowerPoint presentation is also informative.
Did it give you a thorough understanding of the BEKA system?  I would guess that my understanding went from about 50% before the workshop to 90% after.  The last 10% will come as I seen a system being installed and operating.
Did it build up your confidence and answered doubts you had about BEKA USA?  For the most part, yes.
Did it answer any doubts you had on the system’s viability for the US users.  Yes.
Was it worthwhile for your troubles at participating in it?  Yes.  Definitely time well spent.
Did it build up your confidence in tackling and building any present and future project with radiant cooling and heating via de BEKA USA’s system?  Yes.  I’ll be able to promote the BEKA system even more enthusiastically and confidently once I see a system being installed and operational.
On a second note, if you are so kind and dedicate a little bit more of your time, please comment on what you would recommend we do more of and less of on the format, length or any other comment on how we can improve for future workshops; I would appreciate it very much.  I think that the one day format with lunch worked very well.  No need to change that format. I have not mentioned anything about the hands-on welding that you allowed the participants to do.  This is a great touch!
